PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING GOODS. DO NOT RETURN THEM TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE AS THAT IS OUR SHIPPING AGENT AND WE WILL NOT RECEIVE THE PARCEL.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Items authorized for return may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) along with your order number.

TO HELP THE PROCESS RUN SMOOTHLY:

  1. Faulty Items: Please send us your order number, describe the issue and send us a photo(s) showing the fault.
  2. Want to Cancel Order: Please send us your order number and tell us the reason for cancellation. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed.
  3. Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Provided they are unused, undamaged and in the original product packaging. If a product does not meet these requirements we reserve the right to deny the return if we feel that it is warranted. For orders below $30, we will deduct $3.99 from the refund. For orders above $30, we will deduct to a 25% restocking fee.


Please do not send returns to the address on the package. Returns will only be honored if they are sent to the address provided by Customer Service.
Return parcels must be sent with a tracking number - please email that to us once you have it. Please also write your order number on the parcel. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Any return for a refund may be subject to a 10-18% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:

  • Carrier damage
  • Defective product
  • Received incorrect product
  • Product was an extra item not ordered


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days. There are no cash refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
